Features
Everything ValidaSign℠ Does
A bilingual esignature platform built for multi-party deals: English or Spanish ceremonies, anchor-placed signatures, audited certificates, and $1.40-per-document pricing.
Bilingual signing ceremony (EN/ES)
Send a document in English or Spanish and the entire ceremony follows — instructions, consent disclosure, buttons, and confirmation emails. The English PDF stays the operative document; Spanish is the courtesy copy.
Multi-party sequential signing
Add up to ten signers in the order they should sign. Each is notified automatically when their turn arrives, and you can resend any request without restarting the document.
Anchor-based signature placement
Signature blocks land on the anchors already present in your document, so a template signature page comes out looking the way your file expects it to.
Certificate of completion
Every completed document ends with a compact audit page listing each signer's name, role, email, IP address, and Pacific Time timestamp — plus a tamper-evident stamp on every page.
Pay-per-document pricing
$1.40 per document. No seats, no monthly minimum, no annual contract. Credits never expire.
No subscription, ESIGN & UETA compliant
Signatures meet the US ESIGN Act and UETA requirements for intent, consent, association, and retention — with records kept for at least four years.
Partner API
Dispatch documents programmatically, check status, resend requests, and receive per-signer webhooks — useful when signing is a step inside your own product.
No account for signers
Recipients sign in the browser. Nothing to download, nothing to register for, works on a phone.
Built for bilingual paperwork
Most e-signature tools translate their interface and stop there. As a bilingual esignature platform, ValidaSign carries the language choice through the whole record: the signing page, the consent disclosure, the reminder emails, and the completion receipt all match the language the signer was sent.
